I just bought a 2004 vrod with the black spoke wheels and heard the seller put these on because of the wind on highways and just riding around with gusts. I have driven this bike now several hundred miles and still feel a little push with the wind. I can only imagine what it´s like with a full mag vs a spoke. Other than that the bike seems to ride very nice.
