I have had my Breva since February 2005 and have about 8000 miles on it with almost no problems at all. The only problem was with the front brake light switch. It began to stick so that applying the front brake did not light the brake light. I took the switch apart and fixed that and have had no further problems. Great bike for a trip (6000 miles) with the forty liter bags and the MG Cycle rear rack. Also have the larger windshield, the tank bag and the MG Cycle engine guards. Really like the size and light weight. Being 5´7" and over 60 I don´t want to wrestly with anything much bigger, although the Breva 1100 sure looks interesting. Expect about 8000 miles out of the rear tire (Pirelli). I get about 51 MPG which I think is just great. It´s my seventh bike since the 1960s and my first V twin. Not the fastest, but probably the most satifying bike I have had.
