HELP!!!

I am from the Montreal area, Quebec, Canada. My EV 2004 is an absolutely amazing motorcycle because of its ability to drive me on the high road with an exceptional comfort and all the power and agility necessary to forget the need of a sport bike!

However, in our part of the country, we do not seem to exist for Moto Guzzi of America (Piaggio). We send them email, they don´t answer; we ask information about the warranty at a dealership in Montreal and they do not call back also.

Could anyone in North America tell me what´s going on with these guys? What is going on for us, in Canada and, more precisely in Quebec? Does anyone have an email of a person at this company that could be sensible to my calls!!!!!
