He´s talking rubbish mate. An RS125 will do 100-105mph, and thats when your´re thrashing it to hell and back again. Ignore him.
Don´t big bore it, they´re too tempremental. There´s not much you can do to improve it´s top speed, but 34mm carb, v-force reed block etc will improve your mid-range.
