SUSPENSION-BACK AND FRONT

I JUST BOUGHT A NEW ZX-6R. I LOVE THE BIKE! THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT I FEEL MY SELF LEANING TOWARDS THE FRONT TOO MUCH. AFTER A ABOUT A 10 MIN. RIDE, MY FORE-ARMS START TO HURT. I WANTED TO KNOW IF THE BIKE SHOULD BE LOWERED ON THE BACK SHOCK AND FRONT? I FEEL MUCH TO HIGH ON THE BACK. SHOULD I BUY RISERS FOR THE FRONT TO MAKE MY RIDE MORE COMFORTABLE? DO I ADJUST THE DAMPING SCREWS ON BOTH THE FRONT FORKS AND BACK, UNDER THE SHOCK ABSORBER? ARE THE GROOVES IN THE GAS TANK FOR YOUR THIGHS?

THANKS FOR THE FEEDBACK!
