I´ve just ´downgraded´ to a Linhai 260 after riding large tourers and sports bikes for over 40 years. I just can´t get used to this Linhai. I find it very unstable on bends and have dropped it on two occasions whilst negotiating roundabouts at low speed. The tyres just seem to break traction on roundabouts. Hard braking also causes the front tyre to break away. No matter what I do to the rear suspension, it´s always incredibly hard and the slightest bump has me out of the saddle. I am the first owner so I know there hasn´t been any serious prang that would affect the handling. Maybe I´m just asking too much of it and expecting it to perform like my last bike, which was a Honda Pan European. Has any other owner experienced the same? Has anyone experimented with different tyres? Thanks |
