Hi Michelle.....that is correct, those are the two only problems than the linhai and at the same time the mayestic have too...check and you can see than the yamaha have the two same problems.....but the diferent are than you pay half of the rice for a chinese scooter than is equaly and associate to the yapanese industrial company than is yamaha motors.I think we bougt a good machene for less money.Y live in south america ,venezuela ,is very hot, and rain a lot,I have made allready 6000 kilometer in 4 month and the only thin im goin to change are the tires.In the begining I change oil every 600 kilometer,and from 4000 kilometer everithig 1000 kilometers. Oil change is important for the live of the motorcycle and don´t forget to check wather too....ok have a good time Renato Gentilini Caracas Venezuela
