There is no restriction on these bikes. They are only low BHP and 4-stroke motors, not to mention single cylinders. There are ways of improving performance, heat-proof exhaust wrap, removing baffles and replace with performance ones. You can also upgrade the sprockets and chain to increase top-end speed, but it will decrease acceleration.

55-65mph is all you´re going to get out of these.
