Hello I own a 2002 Hyosung RX 125 Enduro/Offroad bike. I live and ride it in southern Iran. It has worked well for me even in temperatures of 55 Celsius. I ride on and off road with this bike and even use it sometimes to take me to work. The only concern I have with this bike is that it doesn´t ride well in elevations above 2500 meters. One minute you are riding fine and then suddenly the fuel flow seems to stop and the engine with sputter and turn off. I have been told it could be an electrical problem but the way the shut off occurs at high altitude leads me to suspect restricted fuel flow. I tried cleaning and then replacing the entire carb but same deal. It only happens above 2500 meters elevation and I live at sea level almost so I only notice it riding in the mountains around tehran. But overall I like this bike and although I feel it is a bit underpowered, I still like it. |
