While riding my 03 R6 limited I have had the temp as low as 140 degrees. While sitting in traffic it has been as high 230 degrees. This is normal for a liquid cooled bike though, the factory setting for the fan to turn on is 210, which it does often. Usually when the fan comes on it will go back under 210 degress in a reasonable amount of time. Just depends on the heat of the day and how much air you can get to the Engine itself.
