I have had my 1600 for just over 2 months and 3,000 miles. This is a really nice bike. It is my first roadbike so I guess I don´t have much to compare it against, though. So far my bike is pretty well stock. I have added a Cobra sissybar (still waiting on my luggage rack), and Pro-One Twisted grips. If you are looking at buying one of these either as a holdover, or as a pre-owned bike make sure that the oil filter, and exhaust hanger recalls have been taken care of. A Kawi dealer should be able to give you a printout by VIN as to when and where the service was done. |
