If theres no wind at all, then it is Exactly 100 km/h.

When theres a normal wind towards you, then it goes 85-90 km/h

When theres a normal wind backwards you, then it goes almost 110km/h.

Conclusion: top speed is: 100km/h
And the restriction on this bike was the Germany restricter. (in germany there must be restricted to 80 km/h max) so a took it off, and now these speeds i just wroted, is normal, original Honda XR 125 L top speeds. It´s quite nornal, but it wouldn´t be bad, if theres a BIT more speed and acceleration. a BIT.
