Rockster Indicators - Failure

Rockster Indicators - Failure

I have recently had my Hazard Lights on for an extended period.... escorting a Bike Race.
The Indicators are now OUT.... No fuses to locate in the Manual and the Manual does not decribe the Relays.

I assume the relay is blown... Which one is it? Has anybvody had a similar issue?
