Mike- Thank you for your reply. Yes I am very happy with the bike, although I am also going to keep my Trophy for a while. Regardless, it is a phenomenal machine. I plan on taking a track course or two to improve my cornering and steering abilities as I suspect the cause of the crash of my Trophy was ineffective counter steering. I agree with you on the oil. I donĀ“t have the experience you have but have seen torn down engines with and without frequent oil changes and there is no comparison. My rule of thumb has been to change non-synthetic oils at 3,000 miles and synthetics at 5,000. This has worked out very well for me. |
