What are you guys considering worn out? I have a little over 15,000 on my originial and it looks good for about another 15K. I´ve been riding really hard thru mountains and stuff but no burn outs must make the difference. (I have better things to do than spend hours cleaning melted ruber off the rear end of my bike)
