Pull off the headlight face(2 lower screws) Disconnect the 2 wire plugs. Take the bike for a ride and see if the rattle persists. If it goes away, remove the 2 bezel screws and tighten the 2 inner scews (they can come loose) reassemble make sure to center the h/l bezel.
