I like yourself am beginning to get ticked off at their slow response in getting the accessories out to the public. I had to settle for a short windshield 15" when what I had ordered was a 19 inch windshield. The site listed 3 different shilds and they only have the 15 inch so far. As I had purchased my bike 100 miles from home and I wanted a windshield that would block not just my body (so as I am holding onto the wide bars I´m not getting the windsail effect) but my face and head as well. I´m not a little guy and it really sucks riding along with your head bobbing in the wind. I would have waited till something new came in but I purchased my bike while still in the crate and had waited long enough for them to finally get it out and ready for the road. Plus had to wait another week for sissybar and pad to come in.
