the ratchet gear on the kickstarter broke . after replacing the ratchet gear & stop plate we turned the spring back into position & set the ratchet gear to stop correctly . In the exploded diagram the stop plate only has 1 screw , when we tighten the 2nd screw down near the ratchet gear the kick lever doesn´t want to spring back up !!!It will spring back up with no spark plug in but put the plug in and it doesn´t spring back up . please help !!!!
