Well, at least my plugs were only $20.00 (still a rip off)! I have moved onto a new dealer and hopefully will get to the bottom of this. I am aware (from the orig. dealer) that the kick starter is a design flaw from KTM that dealers have been alerted to.

I get about 45 min to an hour per plug right now. I have been unsuccessful at cleaning them back to usable form and the bike always starts first kick with a fresh plug.

Working through the gas from the dealer, I am hoping to have the new dealer identify that the bike is running to rich or the gas is to heavy.

Good Luck and post up your final conclusion.
