RM 100 won´t start

After putting the carb back on after cleaning. I took the bike out for a ride. About after a mile the bike killed, I was able to pop the clutch and start it back up. It killed again, this time it sound as if it was running out of gas. It killed and would not restart. Any ideas on what to do for trouble shooting the problem?
