At 61, I get frustrated by frequently losing things. Like my second key to my 03 bandit which only has 1890 original miles. I am not really a mechanic, but would appreciate some input if this is something that is fairly easy and can be done by my friend and I.He is a harley guy and has the know how... I am wondering how extensive it is.. the local dealer said their is a lock smith in town who will make the key, but you need the key cut number from the ignition..

Thanks for anyone´s input.
