You might be lean at that rpm. Might be a fuel problem. If you have replaced everything else, might start checking there. Do you have an ignition advancer in it? Re-torque your cam bolts ect... Good luck. In my racecar, the only time I have heard a rattle like you are saying, is when I am too lean. Hope that this helps.
