MY CLUTCH IS ACTING UP, BATTTERY WAS CHARGED AND SINCE THEN I HAVE NO CLUTCH...CLUTCH WORKS FAINTLY ON THE #1 SETTING ON THE CLUCK LEVER....I NOTICE THERE IS NO CABLE, COULD THIS BE A FUSE OR RELAY PROBLEM?
