Bike revs up but back tire barely spin

Have an 03 intruder 1500. Currently on a jack with back tire off the ground.it goes in gear fine without grinding or anything but when I give it gas the back tire barely spins. Clutch plates are good and adjustment is good but I can´t figure it out!!
