i should be picking up a 2003 998, stock weight is 198 kg, anyone know what things to change to get it close to 998s 187kg or 998r 183kg? also are chips available to improve performance? and any idea how long timing chains last generally or are they gear driven?
how many km can i expect to get from engine if not racing, but riden quiet hard 40,000km? 80,000 km? views appreciated. and how many km to a tank if country cruising. i live in australia and a guy is asking 24,000$ for a 998 2003 low km bike how much were they new?
