I have a 1998 cbr900 and my question is what could be the cause of low engine vacum on the #1 cylinder causing it to not draw fuel from the carb.If I place my hand over 2,3,and 4 while cranking it about suck´s my hand into the cylinder but #1 almost feel´s like it´s blowing not sucking. I´ve checked compression and it has 160lbs and the leakdown test was only 4% the valve lash spec´s are 5-7 on the intake and 7-10 on exhaust,my readings were 7&10 on the intake and 10 on the exhaust is that far enough out of spec to cause this problem.
