I HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO BUY A VERY LOW MILEAGE 03 954RR FOR 8K,OR A NEW 05 1000RR FOR 10K. HOW DO THE BIKES DIFFER BESIDES THE HORSE POWER AND WEIGHT.I DON´T NEED THE FASTEST BIKE IN THE WORLD, JUST ONE THAT PERFORMS OK IN ALL KINDS OF RIDING EVEN LONGISH PUTTS. I HAVE A 600CC SPORT BIKE AND HATE TO GIVE UP THE PERFORMANCE AND HANDLING OF A SPORT BIKE BUT WOULD LIKE A TAD MORE POWER, MAYBE I AM FOOLING MYSELF IN STICKING WITH THIS STYLE OF BIKE AND EXPECT TO ALSO BE SOMEWHAT COMFORTABLE.
