The sp-2 has been generally underated in the press although it has
recently come in for a reassessment by some journalists who suddenly seem to have discovered its not inconsiderable merits. This is a real racer for the road (and track of course) but requires careful setting up by each owner and replacement cans to get that real v-twin sound which is so much part of owning a vee.
Once you have set it up correctly it rewards a good rider with everything you could possibly ask for in a high performance bike with looks that stand out from the crowd. They are quite rare on the road which is no bad thing.
