I own a 2002 Blackbird, Fuel injection with CBS. If the bike is driven at low speeds in traffice jams the temperature shoots up to around 125 deg Centigrade forcing me shut off the engine and wait till it cools down.
Radiator fan thrmostat is starting at 95 deg. Coolant is fine and checked up.

Any suggestions please??
