am a new rider and are concerned that this issue may present a problem with my newly purchased 1100xx. Is this damper necessary for suburban riding under 80+ mph. Please expalin to a guy that doesn´t understand all the technical terms. What is yor opinion of the LBS. I read the other article concerning the LBS system and I am thinking that 1. the gentlemen was traveling at excessive speeds for the road he was traveling on. 2. Braking in any trun no matter how small or severe is just a no no. Proder reduction of speed would have alleviated these complications. Can anyone explain hte LBS is laymans terms and point out what to do and what to avoid so I don´t ruin my new investement. I love the bike, but after reading these articles am intimidated by the unknown and uncertainty of this bike. Can any one explain conter steering on a motorcycle is a simplistic fashion. I jumped on my bird from a 750 NIghthawk which required little to no effort to maneuver. Please Advise, Help and Comment oir Criticise. All input helpful and appreciated.
