Dear members, Please help.

I have honda 70. It is with conventional bush type camshaft head. I wanted to put bearings on the camshaft. After some laith work I could put bearings on both ends of the camshaft. But when I start the bike, rockers give noise while the valve adjustment is at 0.05mm. Please advise about the reason of this issue.
