I have an SL230v (1997) and could do with a decent workshop manual also.
My SL230 is used for greenlaning and is probably the best and worst bike I have ever owned.
I think I have the spares situation sorted.Try riders of Yeovil 01935 421681.My local Honda dealer gets some of my parts from there.Most of the parts come from my local dealer via normal UK importers such as Fowlers of Bristol etc,when the part numbers match existing UK models.It helps to have a parts book.
I would like to contact you with regard to getting a copy of the workshop manual,and I probably have information that is of use to you.
