I´m in Malaysia and I am a proud owner of CB4SF spec II. I´ve been using it for about 2 month and I really appreciate the power in this 400cc bike. The top speed really can reach about 200km/h. At average 100 to 110km/h, 15 liter of petrol can travel up to 300km but if you go slower (before the VTEC really boost) it can be further.
