| Anyone notice a light clatter from the top end when pulling away under light loads? I just clocked over 1k and checked the tappets thinking that my total disregard for the running in process meant that they would be looser than desired. Well it didnt shut it up so while it was idling away nicely I kinked over the vacumm hose on the RH carb which goes to the valve and Immmmm noise instantly goes away and engine is purring like a kitten. Try it. |
