| I bought my GS about two weeks ago and have been falling steadily in lust with it ever since! My last bike was a mint GPZ 750, loved that one too, but this thing is a whole new ball game ! Two weeks gone and I´ve clocked 2200 k´s, just don´t seem to be able to stay off the thing! I´ve been reading your additions to this site and find it both very interesting and informative. The only improvements I´ve made so far are the addition of a sheepskin, packrack and 2 metres of "Scuffstuff" over all her exposed bits. The next thing will be a Scott Oiler, anybody already mounted one on to your GS ? Finally, I was one of those guys lucky enough to get one for $10,995, I understand completely some of you guys frustration on the price drop and its affect on your possible resale value, but for this "Married with Children", the drop meant the difference between secondhand "hand´me´down" and brand spanking new !!!!!! The first ever! TAZ out........ |
