The Graham Crosby rep idea is more in the lines of graphics, the red and yellow added to the black, a mate of mine who´s a painter thinks we can do most of it with vinyl, which would only necssetate respraying the tank and possibly the top fairing. Purely and simply to make it look a bit different...
If the SV 1000´s check out ok I´ll probably trade the SS as it is on one. I´d like to think I´d get high 9k or poss 10k as a trade ???
I totally agree with your "over capitalising" statement, however I´ve always liked my bikes to be unique and I´m certainly not shy when it comes to acheiving this...
Time will tell I guess....
Good to see you, albeit, breifly at Paeroa. What did you think of the new track layout ??? I for one loved it... evened things up for the mere mortals !!! There was some seriously trick shit bikes out in the F3 races, a class I shall be watching with gusto...
Time to bugger off mate(s) doing the Westpac run this morning with my mate and his daughter, then we are off to Puke with the TZ for the Post Classic festival... A long night was spent rebuilding the engine after it "nipped" coming off the front straight, thank god for boxes of spares !!! as we nuked one of our rather beautiful Teflon coated pistons. Heres hoping for a better day as the bike was running very strongly prior to that ....
May see you there, may not... Stomp around the pits and you´ll find us...
