Hey, The ones I used were off a GSX-R 750 M. It surprises me that they didn´t just drop in... You need to use the inlet manifolds off a GSX 750 F which are the same stud pattern as the head, these also run a 36mm carb.. Ball park jetting : Mains = 172 Needles = 1 clip richer than std (raised) Pilots = 45 all though I think 43´s would allow bike to run nicer Pilot/Air screws = 3 turns out from lightly seated. Now, as stated, these are "ball-park" only... Mine was also running a full RS-3 race system in the end and K & N filter´s You simply have to get the bike on a dyno to tune it correctly and it´s time/money consuming to do so, I spent $700 on mine in dyno time and that was at mates rate´s !!! The other alternative to consider is to remain with the std carbs and airbox, but re-jet and modify them... I honestly can´t see why useable gains of up to 10 to 12 hp, right were you want it, in the midrange can´t be had with the right person spannering on the bike... Ultimately you won´t end up with the same rear wheel figure as mine, but you will have a very progressive/usable power curve... Mine was, in all honesty, quite "top-end" biased in it´s power delivery which suited my style of riding just fine, but, may not suit yours... Some food for thought, if, nothing else... Cheer´s C U |
