Noise Question

I have recently purchased a used 2002 tbird and overall I am very pleased with it. I do have one question for those that may know. I am getting a vibration in neutral and low end until the rpms come up. It is coming from either the low end of the motor or the water pump, though I have not been able to isolate it without tearing it apart. Does anyone know what it may be???
