im 16 and i know i can ride this bike here. so long as i have a drivers licence. and as far as i know you dont have to insure any thing under 50 cc. i was wondering if this would apply to a bike like this. i just totaled my moms van and my insurance has skyrocketed. in any normal circumstances the accident would have killed me but i had the good lord above watching over me. now i want to get an rs50. unless i have to insure it because that would deafeat the purpose.
