If you hand the bike into a garage then hand a mechanic £20 and he will do it for you in 20 mins.or try cleaning the carburetor and there will be a resticter in the in take. Take the carb off completely and you will see the intake, there will be a plastic restrictor in there, take that out with a screw-driver and it will fall off and that will be it, 45mph+
