No its not legal to ride any sort of motorbike intill you are 16 years of age, at the age of 16 you must then complete a CBT course which can burn your pocket at around £100+ after completing the course which lasts almost 5 hours you can only then ride a 50cc MOPED not motorcycle (MOPED = 2 wheels under 12.5 BHP max speed of 30MPH) you will also need TAX, MOT and Insurance which doesnt come cheep for a Race Replica, you also need a british standard helmet and 2 "L" plates 1 MUST be at the front and another MUST be at the back.

All in all after all this its quite fun if you de-restric the MOPED therefore making it a motorcycle, (not legal till your 17).
