Hi, i i am a 16 year old and passed the CBT on friday 9th just 2 days ago. Tonight saturday 10th i finished work and thought i´d go for a little ride this is about hlf 11pm so it was quite cold but not majorly cold so it shouldnt have affected te bike. It did start but didnt stay on so i had to keep revving and then pull away and keep moving. whenever it was in any lowish revs it sounded like it was going to cutout so i had to keep them high after getting a little way down the main road it started picking up and sounding a bit better so i thought well ill give it a little ride maybye it just needs warming up or something but after about 5 mins it just suddenly started losing power gradually slowing and slowing til it stopped and cut out. When it cut out it made this strange power losing sound if you know what i mean and that was it i was stuck if ever i managed to get the snjine on againas soon as i gave it some throttle the bike lost power again Eventualy i gave up and started paddling home on the bike and i was managing to paddle it wuite quickly so then i started it and it worked and i drove home with the revs really high without stopping, as soon as i got home when i went down the gears to go up onto the driveway it lost power again this was tonight and here i am now woried to death that i might have a big problem on my hands. it could be a small ting but it could be a big thing i know nothing about these things at all and really need some advice coz im not going to be able to sleep tonight !!!
