How do I derestrict the Aprilia RS50?

Also will the bike take the following parts if not derestricted:

KRD 80cc kit for Aprilia RS50,
28mm Keihin RACING Carb for Aprilia RS50,
KRD Racing Crankshaft for Aprilia RS50,
DR Racing Performance Crank Bearing/Seal Kit for the RS50,
Conti (Street) Ignition Kit for Aprilia RS50,
KRD Racing Clutch kits for Aprilia RS50 and AM6 Engines,
KRD Racing Reed Cage with Carbon Reeds for Aprilia RS50 and AM6 engines,
KRD Racing Full Exhaust System for Aprilia RS50,
