I own an 02 fxdwg, found factory welds that have FAILED. (Fuck HD, they´re welders, and corporate also.) I enjoy ridin, HD happens to suit me.. A lot of the design engineering sucks dick, maybe they´re gay as well? Who knows, they all had NO answers for me. But I ain´t %&#!¤! Just a union Ironworker, with welding certifications.. So I fixed it myself. The plastic crap at the end of the rear fender designed to hold the license plate is another small joke! Again, ill fix it, with another lesson learned. Oh well, there will be more, I´m sure now. I will continue to ride HD, if that deems me ignorant or a hypocrite, %&#!¤ you as well. Its my choice.. Just keep in mind if ur an owner, that the motor design is improper, so much more %&#!¤ follows that.. So enjoy urself riding always keeping in mind that if your factory weld cracks under normal use, and u don´t catch it, at speeds excessive or not, a bad enough break will ruin structural integrity of your frame for one, jeopardizing ur life.
