Why only one gear? If you were to put in a 4 speed, using ceramic plates with the power output of the tubine I dont see a need for an air shifter, I could see a land speed record in the future. Wheather it be w/or w/out a shell and chute. People are always going to want to go faster and your Y2K could be a means to that end. I´d like to see you put in a gearbox in and run it on the saltflats, rather than some lunatic in his garage put one in and take it out on the streets. The later would be a fatality waiting to happen. But on the saltflats it would be a an incredable site to witness.
