3500 rpm flutters

3500 rpm flutters

Just join this group. Live in Florida and have grand childen need some help to understand my problem with this bike. It has good compression and starts on first kick. Starts off strong from idle but then at approx. 3500 rpms it starts to die, looks like it is flooding because smoke from exhaust pipe. Let of gas it regains power at lower rpm range.
