my 1996 1100c2 ace goes like out of gas and on one cylinder and back to two ,snaps from exhaust or just fall as I accelerate , if you slowly feed fuel and short shift it may run fine , but has lack of power ,, does not shut off.. kinda like water in gas ,, I changed plugs and no change ... could this be from a air cut valve or a bad fuel pump .. please help
