Stalling... AERO. ??

Bike turns over and runs for less than a minute before it stalls out. I start with full choke and any attempt to take choke off stalls the bike.. any attempt to throttle stalls the bike.. if left alone it will stall w/i a minute. Gas is new, Gas lines are open, bike was running just fine over the summer. Any thoughts?
