Help : fluid leaking

The bike had been running for about 20 minutes, just standing, when a green liquid flowed out of one of the black rubber tubes hanging under the engine on the right side. Quite a lot of steam was also coming out of the same tube. I turned the engine off as soon as I saw this.

What is going on?

I´m affraid to use it even just to get it to the garage.

Any advice?

Thanks.
