I´m considering buying a Bulldog, and have been told that it can be de-restricted by removing an obstruction in the inlet rubbers and also fitting a Predator stainless exhaust sydtem in place of the stock system. I´m informed that this will increase power to about 80bhp. But the problem is that the machine is already capable of redlining in top; in fact peak power as standard is developed at 5,500rpm, ie about 97mph (155kph). So the gearing would need to be raised 15-20% - not simple with shaft drive. Anyone know whether the components are available to achieve this modification and who might be able to do it?
